For ten years I had a training and speaking business...then lost it due to GFC...
Covid forced the closure of an online coaching business....BUT ALL THE KNOWLEDGE REMAINS FOR BUSINESS AND COACHING...hence a relaunch alongside my other work projects.

Upskilling | Finetuning | Re-Aligning | Keeping Abreast of worldwide aspects of mindset and motivation to success - is what I DO to learn for me first and then to teach others....

Around the world more employees are now embracing THE BALANCE OF WORK HOME LIFESTYLE, WORK & HOME, WORK & HOME OFFICE and understanding how this has a rub-on affect in their personal & professional lives. During lockdowns people learnt how the stability and harmony or lack of it, affected their ATTITUDES, POSITIVENESS and results in ENERGY output and consequently their RESULTS in their work and life.

As people strive to regain the lost ground it’s even more imperative to balance PEOPLE PERFORMANCES with the RIGHT MINDSET, NEW TOOLS and SKILLS, foods, exercises and goals to THRIVE this year. With my 30 years’ experience, teaching to employees from management to factory floor, my experience shows the MORE TOOLS & SOLUTIONS ARE PROVIDED, the lower the risk of absenteeism and adversity from employees.

Early in 2020 I compiled a SOLUTIONS TO ABSENTEEISM report. It included World Health Organisations & World Economic Forum data, plus statistics from the 2019 Workplace Wellness report from the NZ Government.

In the USA it stated 60% of workers suffer from WORK RELATED STRESS & 1 TRILLON USD per year is lost in productivity. In New Zealand it stated 50% if staff are stressed at work & NZD$1.7 BILLION IS LOST DUE TO ABSENTEEISM.

Absenteeism and losses can be reduced with training and I create positive and productive attitudes within businesses.
